Do you want to learn how to provide first aid? Are you sure you could help your loved ones?

During our course, you will learn how to deal with life-threatening situations. After 4 hours, you will be able to:
– check consciousness and breathing,
– stop massive bleeding,
– help a choking person,
– resuscitate and potentially save a life!

We use experiential learning, meaning to experience as much as possible through hands-on simulations.

Who can come?

  • Anyone! This course is for anyone wanting to learn how to act in emergency situations. 🙂

How do we teach?

  • Do not expect to sit on a bench all day and listen! You can try everything with your own hands. Hands-on resuscitation, stopping massive bleeding, helping an unconscious person and much more.
